Warm up – motivators, arm circles, don Quixotes, imperial walkers
Work out:
- 10 rounds, each with three parts
- One minute to complete a set, 20 Merkins in cadence together, and then a recovery walk or jog
- Sets included: 60 squats, 60 big boys, 100 flutter kicks, 60 LBC’s, 60 high squats, 60 calf raises, 60 lunges, 50 glute bridges. Cut out the last several sets and just did Merkin sets for time purposes. Target was to complete 200 Merkens total, and group achieved this.
