4 cycles, 5 sets/cycle:
1. Blockees
2. cactus squats
3. squirrels
4. kettlebell swings
Thang 2:
-Murder bunnies between posts.
– Do 10 overheads, 10 goblet squats.
– Leave block, go to starting post and back using chosen mode of transport
– Do 10 more overheads and 10 more squats, then murder bunnies back to start.
– Wait for the 6 in plank position.
(Completed twice- 1st with skips, 2nd time with bunny hops.)
