Arm routine on 1 foot. Don Quixote, Rossy to the middle. Side lunges. Bear taps.
Thang – staying moving for 20 mins
EMOM – 4 sets of 4 exercises. Marching in between.
1. reverse lunges, Apollo Onos, shadow box, raise the roof march.
2. Squat to calf raise, walk out (merkin)s, lunge to high knee drive, bent over row (squeeze).
3. Reverse lunge, Side lunge, mini squat to full, pickle pushers.
4. Mike Tyson’s, bear taps, side crunches, hold plank 1 min!

I’m not sure how I would have made it the past 2 years without this group of HIM. I’ve got problems, you’ve got problems, we all have problems and more importantly we have each other. May is mental health awareness month and I asked everyone to share one thing they will do to take care of themselves this month. I will continue to develop my gratitude habit and meditation.
