Warm-Up:
Motivators from 5, Don Quixotes, Abe Vigodas, seal claps, overhead claps, mountain man poopers, imperial walkers, hillbilly walkers, Rossi (R,L,M), lateral lunge stretch (R,L), Bobby hurlies.
Lap around the school to the basketball court
Main Workout:
Round the world . All pax pick a spot around the three point line. We take turns making shots. We keep doing an exercise until a shot is made the it goes to the next person(4 rounds):
—Merkin Medley player’s choice (5 each of merkins, wide grip, diamond, Mike Tysons, hand release)
—squats
—flutter kicks
Jog around the school again
Play PIG- pax line up near benches. Two go out to court. Everyone else does dips until one of the two gets a letter, everyone switches to the exercise that starts with that letter. then the next two go out. Repeat until collectively the group has spelled PIG
—start doing dips
—Imperial Walkers
—Groiners: From a high plank position, jump both feet forward so they land outside your hands, then jump them back to the starting position.

COT: I feel really lucky that my kids have such a close relationship with my mother. It’s really been great to watch. I’m glad we were able to stay close to the same area. I’m not sure this world have happened without all the opportunities they’ve had to build experiences together.
