Mosey to the tennis courts. Start on one end w/ 20 BBS. Travel across 2 courts w/ lunge walk; travel across 2 courts w/ inchworm pushups. 20 AmHams (2-is-1). Travel across 2 courts w/ bear crawl; travel across 2 courts w/ burpee broad jumps. Rinse and repeat. Mosey back to AO.

Great weekend with my kids. Highlight was my daughter asking me to help her train for an upcoming performance that requires her to jump rope and deliver a monologue at the same time. (This is the teenager who thinks I’m a stodgy old windbag who needs to be canceled.) So I’m taking some pride in the fact that she’s noticing what consistent physical fitness is doing for me and she wants some of that for herself. I guess there’s some truth to the impact of quiet modeling for our kids.
