Groups walk their blocks to their stations
Count is cumulative
Station 1: 40 blockees
Station 2: 80 bent over rows with a block (brace core)
Station 3: 120 squat thrusters
Station 4: 160 kettlebell swings
Teams change stations as a group
If waiting for a station run a lap as a group around the course
In between stations:
Farmers carry in their right hand
-Lunge walk
-Farmers carry left hand
-Overhead carry
Groups that finish all four stations early will run laps as a group around the course until all groups are finished.
Repeat the above as time allows.
