Then we all do a quick lap together (around the playground)
Repeat 10 times — we finished with enough time to stretch at the end!

Thing 2: Dora with Choose Your Own Adventure Laps
PAX partner up. While Partner 1 does lap, Partner 2 does exercise, until the pair completes the assigned number of reps. Then the pair move on to the next exercise.

Circle up on your back with legs out and feet up in the air; 1 PAX gets up and runs around the circle, pushing everyone’s legs down.
It was a challenge with 18 total PAX, but we did it!

My wife received some pretty discouraging work news yesterday — a clear example of an “emotional” conversation, not a “social” or “logistics” one. My role was just to listen/support, which is always hard.
