Run a block, do 7 burpees. Up to Chicago, over to Scoville, back to AO. Including the return to the AO, this was 10 stops, so 70 more burpees. Plus another 10 just for fun.

a few weeks ago, I spoke about the things we choose and how much agency we have. Today, I talked about the things we don’t choose. So much of life is out of our control, and our response matters. I’ve not been responding well to the things happening to me that I didn’t choose, and I need to get my attitude better.
