PAX line up at the west end of the parking lot, do 10 blockees, run to the east end of the parking lot, do 1 burpee, then run backwards to start.
Repeat going down in blockees and up in burpees, adding up to 11.
Stop at 1 blockee and 10 burpees. 110 blockees/burpees total.

PAX line up on the south end of the parking lot, do an exercise as a group, travel north, do another exercise, and then travel back
- 15 overheads / high knees / 10 smurfjacks / butt kickers
