Work:
Throw football from pitchers mound to Home Depot bucket. Make it inside the bucket: 5/10 reps. Hit the bucket: 10/20 reps. Airball: 15/30 reps.
We go until we get 200 merkins or 100 burpees. If you are doing merkins do double the amounts.
Play:
Match up with someone with similar athleticism, and we play football.
