Once in Maple park choose your own loop and run 50-75% of the loop at sprint/fast run speed. Recover for the final 25% and repeat.

Live in the moment. Went to see a magician show over the weekend who ended the show with a very cool trick and the message “live in the moment” which is really good advice. I find it easy to do during an F3 workout, now I need to transfer it to other parts of my life.
