I have thoroughly enjoyed the work and planning the work for the week. Breaking life into chunks and applying a soundtrack to them has been enlightening. I am bruising grateful for the opportunity to lead the workouts and be part of a group of amazing men. Cheers to another trip around our star and as Pearl Jam sings, I’m staying alive!
