Warm-o-rama: SSH, hillbilly walkers, Don Quixotes, Daisy pickers, Rossy circuit, Abe Vagodas, overheads, washing machines, goofballs, fellowship run
Thang: each pax grabbed a pair of 8lb bricks. 8 rounds of 3 min on 1 min rest. Round begins with a :50-65 second sprint, then max reps to fail, then shadow boxing to finish the round. Goal is to complete th e3 minutes doing reps/middle exercise. Once fail then box.
