Workout

Oak Park Ave North, Argyle east, Nagle north, enter Caldwell Woods and ride the North Branch Trail up to the Tower Road parking lot/boat launch at Skokie Lagoons.  Stop, take a picture, eat a snack, then retrace the route back to Fairgrounds.  Two flat tires (Odenkirk and Shingle).

Look for the next Cycling Conspiracy on Sat May 23 – staying local – meet up at OPRF Track, ride around OP/RF/FP exact route TBD, stop at various parks and do some beatdown exercises.  Back to Fairgrounds by 8am.  Don’t have a bike?  A Divvy bike will do – this “beatdown” is designed for anyone to be able to ride.
