Ruck to the OPRFHS track. Lap around the track with a unique carry of your choice (rifle, farmer, goblet, etc). If you have to stop, drop your weight and run back to the start, do 5 burpees, jog back to your bag and continue. At the end of each lap, 20 BBS and 20 Scuba Buddhas.
We did somewhere between 4-6 laps.
