Thang 1: The Turkey Toboggan
Q circle up and everybody does the same exercise while 1 PAX travels, when the travel PAX gets back, the next PAX goes and group switches to the next exercise. Repeat until everyone has gone up the hill once.
Timer: Run up the hill with either a sled, a tube, or a coupon (rifle carry)— if a sled/tube, then sled down; if a coupon, then shoulder carry it back down the stairs

Thang 2: Sled races!
Silent 21’s to start (SSH’s counting out loud to 5, then quiet to 21). 3 PAX who were out of cadence started the first heat of sled races.
PAX go up in heats of 2 or 3. Everyone does burpees but winners do less.

Turkey Leg circle (all PAX circle up on their backs with their legs in the air like a flutter kick; 1 PAX runs around while pushing legs down)
Isometric holds (push hand against knee)
Brook Burkes (in plank, bring hips to ground on alternating sides)

Enjoy having fun in the snow! Thankful that my 13-year old and 9-year old still play together in the snow together; one of the best memories I have of growing up, and it’s nice to see that they are making those memories too.
