Arrive at Echo Base, begin with Imperial Walkers (obviously!), Abe Vigodas/Seal Claps/Overheads, Don Quixotes, Old Man Stretches, Rossys

Rebel Training Session 1: Taking down the AT-ATs. Stairwell “touch & goes.” Up to level 2, do 2 BOMBs. Back down to 1. Up to level 3, 3 BOMBS. Repeat to level 6.
End with 20 Merkens and and 20 Big Boys at the bottom
Rebel Training Session 2: Boonta Eve Classic – Pod Racing. Start line bottom of north stairwell. Run up to the top, run over to south stairwell, run down, run back to start. Repeat a total of 4 laps with bear crawls, lunge walks, and crab walks at the top from the north to south stairwell entrances.
Rebel Training Session 3: Jedi Training with Yoda. Cocaine Bear Stairs: Bear crawl up, 3 merkens at each 1/2 landing. Stay at top
Mary with Chewbacca: You call it Mary. Dollys, V-Ups, Pickle Pushers, American Hammers, Flutter Kicks, Big Boys, LBCs, Plank Jacks, all to 20 on a 4 count.
Rebel Training Session 4: Reverse touch and gos. Down to 5, back up to 6 2-steps at a time. Down to 4, back up 2-steps, repeat until at the bottom.
Rebel Training Session 5: Hop to the top, mosey down.
