Thing 1: Charles Bronson Workout
PAX lineup on the goal line, do 25 of an exercise, then run to the 25 yard line and back. Then 25 more of the same exercise and run to the 50 and back. 25 more and run to the 75 and back. Finish with 25 exercises and run to the hundred and back. When you finish, do the second exercise until the 6 is done.
Round 1: pushups / hammers
Round 2: dips / squats
Round 3: big boys / plank jacks (added army crawl last 10 yards)
Round 4: no surrenders / shoulder taps (added army crawl last 10 yards) — only able to do 2 sets
Mosey back to the parking lot
