Workout
Warm-o-rama: Motivators, mountain man poopers, mountain climbers, merkins, jog 200 yards to corner.
Thang: Exercises take place around a city block. There is a designated exercise and number at each corner, with pax jogging between the corners. Packs must sprint two of the four sides of the block every time around. The goal is to complete as many laps as time allows. Exercises as follows:
10 burpees, 15 jump squats, 20 merkins, 25 lunges
Mary: time allowed only a jog back to oir launching point followed by flutter kicks
COT: Combine workout with articles replacing cot
