Starting a new job, with all the stresses and pressures that come with it, has made me feel on edge and in a somewhat defensive position–even though things are going well overall. I am trying to remind myself to stay open, listen first, and relax. Appreciate this crew for helping me channel some of the excess energy and start the day in a more open and relaxed posture.
