We got it going on cold Saturday morning with some we conditions on the Wreck Center field. YHC had reminded the PAX to bring gloves – but not even gloves helped. After warming up, hereis what happened.

From home plate, bear crawl to 1st base, 3 burpees, crawl bear back to home
From home plate, bear crawl around the bases to 2nd base, 6 burpees, crawl bear back to home
From home plate, bear crawl around the bases to third base, 9 burpees, crawl bear back to home

Clowney 8 sets – 4 jumping lunges IC followed by 4 merkins IC.
Pax are divided into four teams. Each team starts at its own base.
Teams must complete 50 cumulative reps of different exercise at each base:
1st – Merkins
2nd – Jump Squats
3rd – BBSUs
Home – Burpees
move using different modes of transportation to the next base.
10 minutes on the clock. All teams circled twice
Then Cowboy Mouth showed up with his soccer team so we headed to the benches.
