Arm routine on one foot. Don Quixote, motions man poopers, mountain climbers, merkins.
Thang
Round 1 upper body – 4 sets of each. One arm coupon merkins, one arm bent over rows, one arm presses, one arm high pulls, farmers carry. Rinse and repeat with other arm.
Round 2 lower body – 4 more sets. One legged Romanian deadlifts, goblet lunges backward, single leg cactus squat, one leg goblet calf raises, goblet split squats. Rinse and repeat alternating legs.
