Thang 1: Hardest Quarter Mile
1st 125 meters: Bear crawl merkins
2nd 125 meters: ape walk
3rd 125 meters: crab walk
4th 125 meters: sumo squat walk
– if a break is needed, do 25 big boys or 25 Freddies, then resume
Thang 2: Wall Work (60 sec/set)
– balls to the wall with shoulder taps
– rockette wall sit
– donkey kicks
– Bulgarian split squats (2 sets, alternating legs)
– wall push ups
Thang 3: Field Work
– starting at goal line, run to the 10 yard line, do 5 burpees, run backwards to goal line.
– Repeat by running each time to the next 10 yard line in sequence, 5 burpees, run backwards.
(Most made it to at least the 50 yard line before calling it for Mary)
