Head East on Harvard to Austin. Turn right on Austin, heading South for one Block. Turn right on Fillmore, heading West all the way to Maple.Right on Maple, heading North for one block to Harvard. Go East on Harvard back to AO.
Thang 2: Beatdown
-Burpees into broad jump for 20 yards (there and back 40 yards total)-Mirken/Squats ladder up to 10 and then back down from 10
