100 Merkins, 10 yard MB to 90 yard mosey and back to block reverse MB back to start. 
150 Lunges, 15 yard MB to 85 yard mosey and back to block reverse MB back to start. 
200 Squats, 20 yard MB to 80 yard mosey and back to block reverse MB back to start. 
Then do it again back down the ladder.
