Pax # 1 performs 15 stop/start swings
Pax # 2 does active recovery (SSH, run in place, skaters)
# 2 – Double Clean/Swing/Gorilla Row complex
I go, you go. Keep switching below for 12 mins AMRAP
Pax # 1 performs 5 double cleans, 10 swings (double, modify as necessary with single), 20 gorilla rows (10/side)
Pax # 2 does active recovery (SSHs, skaters, run in place)
# 3 Merkin Ladder
Alternate merkins and squat jumps from 1 through 10 reps
eg 1 merkin, 1 squat jump; 2 merkins, 2 squat jumps etc … all the way to 10 rep of each
