Is F3 a religious organization?
No. F3 stands for Fitness, Fellowship & Faith, but our Faith is not about any particular belief system. Instead its about believing in something bigger than yourself. Every workout ends in a circle of trust which can be a positive thought or reflection from whomever is leading the workout. For the Parks and Wreck crew, this also means giving back to our community by volunteering.
?
Do I need to be a certain fitness level?
We welcome all fitness levels. This is not a competition, so it is important to modify exercises based on your strength and injuries and only compete against yourself. Your fellow men are there to motivate and encourage you, and keep you moving.
?
Why is this outside?
This is a core principal of F3. There isn’t bad weather, just bad clothing. The site leader (aka Site Q) will choose to cancel a workout if the conditions are deemed dangerous, but a little rain, snow and gloom won’t stop us.
?
What do I need to bring?
Bootcamp workouts generally don’t require anything but appropriate activewear for the weather. Gloves for doing body weight work on pavement is a good idea.
Coupon workouts involve bringing something heavy. Usually this is a cinder block, but can be anything you can comfortably and safely life and move.
Rucks require wearing some weight, such as a ruck sack or backpack with some weight.
Kettlebell workouts require a kettlebell.
You can reach out to the Site Q or whomever is leading the workout for more details. There are often extra supplies for men who are missing a coupon, etc..
?
How long are the workouts?
The typical bootcamp workouts are 45 minutes in length, except on Saturdays these are 60 minutes. Most rucks are also 60 minutes. Checkout the workouts page for specifics on location and timing.

So is this just a workout group?
Fitness is the foundation of F3. Its what gets you out each day and growing alongside like minded men. But that is just the beginning. We promote Fellowship by hosting regular lunches, dinners, book clubs and so much more. Men who show up in the gloom and do hard things are the ones who show up in other parts of your life. From there, we build up our Faith in each other and support or communities through volunteer work and helping each other when we need it.
