5k Head East on Lake to Austin. Turn right on Austin, heading South for one Block. Turn right on Pleasant, heading West all the way to Marion.*Right on Marion, heading North for one block to Lake. Go East on Lake back to AO.
Thang 2: Beatdown* -Burpees inchworms for 20 yards (there and back 40 yards total)*-walking lunges 20 and then a jump squats 20.
