Run to the Candy Lane (corner of Garfield and Circle) (1.5 miles)
West on Harvard
North on Maple
West on Garfield
Pick up the six so we all arrive together
Candy Lane Workout
At south end of Circle (grassy area), start with 2 Carolina dry docks
Run north on Circle (west side of street), at el stop, do 1 Burpee
At north end of Circle (Veterans Park), do 2 big boy sit ups .
Then run south on the east side of Circle, when you pass the el stop, do the same number of burpees as you did on the west side.
Then repeat, but this time with 4 dry docks, 2 burpees, and 4 sit ups
Every time you go north on Circle, go up 1 burpee, and always do twice as many dry docks and sit ups
End at 6:05 — head back to AO.
