Curls, Rows, Seated overhead press, Blocked bridge hold, Sumo hold, Double fisted deadlift, Double blocked merkins, Blocked Calf raises, Skull crushers, Double farmers carry! Repeat 3x!
Missed a sumo on the first set so we did it at the end!
