Warm-o-rama
Usual progression of arm work on one leg. Daisy pickers. Merkins. Couple stretches and then dynamic warm up in circular formation: shuffle, karaoke, high knees, Frankenstein, butt kickers. No duck duck goose this time!
Thang
Round 1 – Deadlift to curl to press ( an almost blockee). Work till all pax “travel” in pairs one with a double farmers carry and other run around the church. Continue till everyone has made a lap with blocks and running.
Round 2 – Rows 20, block Merkins 10, block squats 10. Pax all work till everyone gets to travel twice again, double farmers carry and jog.
Round 3 – Lightening round – Blocked lunges 10, skull crushers 20. Shortened travel, double farmers and jog still. Everyone travels twice.
Tons of reps while pax travelled!

Day 5 in a row for me. That’s a first. Q #3 for the cup challenge and next one Saturday. I brought coffee for the first time and have been trying to remind myself to do hard things. Once they are done, they don’t seem that hard and I’m happy I did them. Challenged Pax to do something they see as hard this week.
