Warm-o-rama: Motivators, Imperial Walkers
Thang:
- Before leaving the AO, we completed 100 weighted step ups in cadence.
- Ruck 1 mile to Taylor Park, passing 5 Kettlebells amongst the group to farmer carry.
- At Taylor Park, Pax completed 50 weighted merkins in cadence.
- For the remainder of the time at Taylor, PAX worked on these reps: 50 burpees, 100 kettle bell swings, 50 overhead presses
- PAX rucked back to the AO, again bringing 5 Kettlebells along the way
