Thang 1 Grip, Rip, and Roll
Sitting up on your six, set a cinder block by your side. Grip the cinder block. Pick it up and place it on the other side of your body. Now place your hands on top of the cinder block, roll into a plank on top of the block, then roll to the ground. Do this across the parking lot.
Thang 2 Murder Bunny 1-2-3
Partner up, perform 100 Merkins, 200 LBCs, and 300 Squats as a team. While Partner 1 is doing the 1-2-3, Partner 2 Murder Bunnies Crawls twenty yards, and reverses (Resurrection Bunmy!) back, then flip flop until all Merkins, LBCs, and Squats are complete.
