- Side Squat (20, 2 is 1)
B. Second Round – 10 merkins out and 10 merkins on return
- Karoka to 50 and merkins, then back and more merkins
- Skip to 40
- Side Shuffle to 30
- Bear crawl to 20
- Kangaroo hop to 10
C. Balance Round – spent a few minutes on balance, stork style (also eyes closed) and superman style
