WARMUP: SSH, Hillbillie Walkers, Goofballs, 30 merkins, abe vegotas, rossy, calf stretches, old man stretch followed by 100 basketball jumps off backboard as group and light pole suicides
THE THANG:
Broken up into 2 groups ~10 at each basketball goal

- 2 min of layups using right side of backboard. Count the misses as team. Upon completion, did 10 merkins x 5x for misses (ended up being 65 and 80 merkins for particular group)
- 2 min of layups using left side of backboard. Counted misses and was 4x the misses for big boi’s (something like 36 and 56 big boi’s for particular groups
Next was Dean Smith inspired 4 corners of reps

Next was the Burpee Shot
- In the groups, fro top of key 3-point line, if you made it, negative 10 burpees, if you missed 5 burpees. Everyone got one shot and added the total for each group. Was something like 30 and 15 burpees for the groups
- Round 2 – from free throw line, -10 for makes, +3 for misses. One group went twice with 1 burpee each time, other had 30 burpees
