Each player received 4 cards and each took a turn sharing their card while we all did the work. We used a Pinnacle deck which has nothing less than a 9 & double face cards in each suit for added fun. Suit Breakdown
Numbers – do the count
• Hearts – Merkins
• Spades – Reverse Lunge
• Clubs – Mountain Climbers 4 count
• Diamonds – Squat & Press
Faces – always worth 10 except the Ace
• Jack – High Pulls (10 each side)
• Queen – Snatch (10 each side)
• King – One-Handed Swings (10 each side)
• Ace – Turkish Get-Ups (1 each side)
• Joker (optional) – 10 burpees
Four rounds of good stuff kept us moving.

No chance this workout happens without PAX showing up. We HC, we go hard, we push the whole time, then we stop and have coffee and convos.
