Sitting up on your six, set a cinder block on your right side. Pick it up and place it on the other side of your body. Then do a series of 3 block merkins (right hand on the block, both hands on the block, left hand on the block). That’s one rep. We did reps going left, then switched directions and did 5 going back right. Thing 2: Box of Mystery
