WARMUP:  imperial hoppers, arm circles, side straddle hops, imperial walkers, circle shuffles, mosey to school
THE THANG: for t=1 to time:
choose card.  Go to first exercise.  10 reps plus short run for things you are responsible for and 50 reps plus long run for things your partner is responsible for.
