Warm-o-rama: Typical movements to get the blood flowing and the muscles prepared to work.
Thang: Mosey down to the Oak Park Ave parking garage, ascending to the top
Round 1: 10s: 9 merkins, run to the other end, 1 shoulder tap. then 8:2, 7:3, so on until 1 merkin, 9 shoulder taps (2 is 1)
Round 2: down a half level, 10s again. 9 jump squats, 1 mountain climber. So on until 1 jump squat, 9 mountain climbers (2 is 1)
Round 3: Manmakers: From standing – down to plank – one merkin – choice of shoulder taps, raising each arm, or side plank – one merkin – jump in and jump up (akin to a burpee). 7 manmakers, then run to the other end, do 6, return, do 5. We got to 4 before it was time to return to the AO
