Warmup mosey around the parking lot
Star Wars Trench Run (Padawan)
PAX line up in two groups of three: one red leader and two wingmen, one gold leader and two wingmen. Both Rebel teams Inchworm down the parking lot until you get to the beanbag, red/gold leader then attempts to throw it into the cornhole/exhaust port (the target area is only 2 meters wide!). Meanwhile, two other groups (Darth Vader and his wingmen) start behind in the same formation, but burpee broad jump instead of inchworm. Darth Vader attempts to “take out” the rebels by catching up to them and tagging them. The Darth Vader team must stay together, and Darth Vader must tag both Rebel wingmen first before he can take out the leader. STAY ON THE LEADER! Repeat until someone blows up the Death Star.
Empire Strikes Back Hoth Run to the Rotunda (Eliot Ness)
PAX line up with some space in between. Then they “AT AT” Imperial Squat Walk in a straight line, while the PAX in the rear weaves in between and runs to the front (like the snow speeders in Hoth).
Luke in the Wampa Cave (Padawan)
10 incline merkins
60 seconds balls to the wall
Wall sits with grady corns
Repeat
Dagobah Jedi Training (Eliot Ness)
X-wing lift: 4 person merkins. Make a square with each PAX’s feet on another PAX’s back. Up & down merkins in a square. Try to do 19 merkins as a group. (19×4=approximately 77, which is the year Star Wars came out)
Mosey back to the parking lot
