6 stations around soccer field. At each cone sign specifies the exercise, # of reps, and mode of transport to next station.
1st Station: 20 Mike Tyson’s on block, lunge walk with coupon
2nd Station: 20 American hammers with block, rifle carry
3rd Station: 20 heavy heels to heaven, suitcase carry
4th Station: 20 archer merkins, murder bunnies
5th Station: 20 scuba Buddhas, shoulder carry
6th Station:
– Leave coupon, crab walk or bear crawl up Mt. Barrie
– 20 goofballs at top(4=1)
– Run down steps, return to station
– 20 kettlebell swings, suitcase carry back to 1st Station
Repeated circuit 3x, cutting # of reps in half on 3rd circuit.
