COT
I’ve been going through a challenging time. Recurring injury to the shoulder is limiting what I like to do workout wise and keeping me from AOs I frequent. Work has been challenging. General mid-life malaise is hitting. Been in a funk. I am reading “How to be a Stoic,” and I came across this quote from Adm James Stockdale: “You must never confuse faith that you will prevail in the end—which you can never afford to lose—with the discipline to confront the most brutal facts of your current reality, whatever they might be”.
