This Athlean X Workout was modified to fit the Combine’s format.
1. Human Pullovers, F3 equivalent = heels to heaven with a partner. Partners lock hands to allow PAX to raise butt off the ground. X20
2. Skater Squats (2 is 1), F3 equivalent = shrimp squat. X10 w a single set St Patrick’s day gift
3. Suspended Merkins with two partners. X2. These are really hard.
4. Curb Merkins w/ 3 sec hold. X15 each side
5. Pickle pushers w/ leg extensions. (2 is 1). X30
6. A-Team Aussie Pull-ups. X15 two PAX hold the arms of the executing PAX . Executing PAX leans back supported by the wrists by the other two. Executing PaX should engage his core and use his last and traps to pull back up to a standing position.
7. 1.5 Dips. X10. PAX find a ledge or bench to perform a dip. Lower down to the end of range position then come back up halfway for a 1 sec hold, then back down to end of range, then all the way back up.
8. HSPU. Hand stand push-up. Some modified to Derkins. X15
