Warm-o-rama – The Giuliani Standard (plus some extras while Jumanji arrived) – SSH, Arm Circles, Don Quixote, El Chapo/Daisy Cutters, Mtn Man Poopers, Seal Claps, Overhead Claps, and Michael Phelps
Thang – Head to the Gazebo/Covered Porch at Columbus Park
3 sets of – 10 Jackass Burpees, Wall Sits (1 minute), and Balls to the Wall (1 minute)
Four Seasons (between each season run back to the parking lot, around the cars and return)
Winter – 25 each of Bonnie Blairs and Apollo Ohnos
Spring – 25 each of Plant and grow (Squat Jumps) and Flutter kicks (for butterflies)
Summer – 20 each of merkins (4 america) and break dancers
Fall – 10 each of Turkish Get Up (and get your ass to school) and Nolan Ryans (in honor of the fall classic)
