- Shuttle pig pickers: roll coupons end‑to‑end for a couple minutes to wake up the shoulders and hips
Main Workout (50 minutes)
Picking up the Bail Money (15 min)
- Start with coupon at NE corner of Ridgeland Field, then proceed clockwise to SE corner with coupon as Cusack carry and perform the following exercises until time is up:
- 20 Merkins (SE corner)
- 20 Curls (SW turn)
- 20 Big Boys (NW turn)
- 20 Skull Crushers (NE corner)
- Buttermaker threw in a few audibles IN ADDITION to the above
Evading the Gunmen (15 min)
CONVERGENCE from the Conspiracy for this segment
Alternate the following two exercises until time is up:
- Cocaine Bears along north side of field, starting at NE corner, going about half-way-ish to NW corner, then mosey back
- Murder Bunnys in the side alley between the field and the center – switch when Cocaine Bears get back
Carrying the Bags through the Desert (15 mins)
- PAX are positioned in a circle
- Farmer carry TWO (2) coupons around the circle to the next PAX
- While waiting, do each exercise until the coupons go around 1X:
- Flutter Kicks
- Plank
- LBCs
- Stargazers
- 4 additional Mary exercises called out
Coming Home (5 mins): Modified Doomsday Clock – hold coupon overhead, do a blockee when it comes around to you
