Mosey from station to station, start with 8 reps at each station — we got up to 11 (3 rotations)

- Run up the hill — burpees on top, then run down the stairs
Thing 2: Doomsday Clock Variation
PAX circle up and hold plank while we do pushups in turn. 1 rep is pushup then lift right arm in the air, push up then left left arm in the air.
