Partner Plan
1. Plank Merkins – use partner’s back to get legs up to an incline merkin – alternate reps of 10; we stopped when a team reached 100!
2. Partner Exercise – Pax 1 give partners an exercise and then runs; Pax 2 does appointed exercise; Switch it!
