Warm-o-rama: SSH, Don Quixotes, imperial and hillbilly walkers, 5 merkins in cadence
Thang: Laps around the block. Lap starts with a walkout merkin, then reps of 5 of squats, curls, overheads, wall merkins and dips at various stops around the block. Next lap cumulatively adds one walkout and 5 reps to each of the stops. Goal to get to a lap of 6 walkouts and 30 of each exercise.

COT: Thankful for this group. Strangely Thankful that as a Mexican, that I look white, my kids look white and my grandkids look white and subsequently have little chance of getting snagged by ICE. This is a horrible time for our country on this front. Our humanity is being tested. How do we break through to family members who are callous to what’s happening? We need to be able to see a common truth. How do we evolve past this mess?
