Pattern follows the song: 1 Blockee; 2 Burpees and then 1 Blockee; 3 Thrusters, 2 Burpees and then 1 Blockee, and so on until you get to all 12.

The F3 Holiday party was great. I waffled about going: I can be more of an introvert, I’m not as connected (yet) with many of the F3 guys, etc. I’m very glad I did though. Spending time in community is what it’s all about, and this is a really special community that I’m grateful to be a part of.
