Workout

Warm-Up: Imperial Walkers, AVs/SC/Ohs, Side Lunges, Don Quixotes, Run around the block

Main Workout: Two teams. The questions are asked, then each team completes the exercise (per PAX). The team to complete their exercise first gets to answer the trivia questions first. Then back and forth until someone gets it right (or we just call it and no one gets a point).
